Isobel Cheetham

Monday 20 March 2017 - Today's winner is in the wonderful Cheddar area of the UK, congratulations to Isobel, who has won £1000 in the Scilly Lottery Draw!

That’s amazing news! Thank you so much. David and I are coming again to Scilly this May – one week on Agnes and one on St Mary’s - and shall certainly be spending our windfall in the islands, both then and in future, when we hope to bring our whole family- two daughters, son-in-law and two grandchildren as we did last May. I am enclosing a picture of the family ( except me, as I took it) as we were leaving St Agnes on the Spirit after a tremendous week last May.
David and I have been coming to Scilly for many years: I first came in 1959 with my parents and have fond memories of teenage holidays in Scilly, staying on St Mary’s before the off-islands had mains electricity – or public loos! We spent our honeymoon on Tresco in 1977 and then had an enforced gap until 2002, since when we have been at least once and usually twice a year.

Thanks for sharing the lovely photo Isobel!

John Harrison

Monday 13 March 2017 - Congratulations to John up in London, who has won £1000 today on the Scilly lottery!

Thank you for the good news. We are delighted. I am nor sure yet how we
will enjoy our windfall other than we will share our good fortune with our
son and daughter.

We have been coming to Scilly for many years. We stay with our friends
Todd and Carmen, who I know will be known to you. I have attached a photo
from a trip we took last year, on Todd and Carmen’s boat, to some
transient sand banks exposed by a low tide. I love the colours and the
beauty of an ephemeral natural phenomenon. Scilly has so many such
priceless gifts.

We will be back again in Late June.

Amy Slack

Monday 27th February 2017 - Congratulations to Amy in Bristol who is our lucky £1000 draw winner today!

Amy was delighted to hear about her win!

"Wow, that's amazing news. It's 7 years since I won last and I spent my winnings then on my first proper road bike so I might keep with the bike theme and buy a new one with these winnings!"

Ian Hancock

Monday 30 January 2017 - Our winner today is from Solihull, many congratulations to Ian who is £1000 richer today!

“Fantastic! Can’t quite believe it – just goes to show that our number really has been in the draw all these years. It’s been a few years since we last came to the islands, already we are looking at what is available in the summer, to spend the money coming back for another week…”

Mark Edmonds

Monday 16th January 2017 - Congratulations to Mark in Crediton, sunny Devon who is the lucky winner of today's draw.  £1000 from the Scilly Lottery is on it's way to you!

WOW! That is amazing. Really chuffed.

We have four family weddings to go to this year so this will come in very handy.

I have attached a couple of photos taken on the Scillies.

Pamela Sharpe

Monday 2 January 2017 - Our first winner of 2017 is Pamela from Leeds! Congratulations you're getting the new year off to a flying start!

"What a lovely surprise and a fabulous start to the New Year.   David and I are due in the Isles of Scilly at the end of May for 2 weeks so we will certainly be spending some of our win in the local shops and restaurants when we visit. I have attached a photo of myself in St Martins looking out to Tresco."
