Visiting team Falmouth 11 played our boys from Scilly in a friendly match on 4th of July. Less in recognition of American Independence day than it was to celebrate player Richard Chown's stag weekend. Richard was impress by the standard of football on the island and would like to see the games become regular in future. His top tip for the day... if you're playing football on Scilly don't drink too much on the ferry beforehand!
