In the first episode Ian talks about his background in sport and introduces the series. Ian has had an illustrious career playing rugby for the likes of Leicester Tigers and the Cornish Pirates.
He will be offering some helpful tips and advice and will be talking about what has helped him in the past.
In the first episodes Ian will be talking topics such as the importance of building your routine and training cycles, remembering to rest and making sure you’ve got the right equipment for the exercise and sport you're taking part in.
