The head of Cornwall's Tourist Board has asked weather presenters to stop standing in front of the Isles of Scilly when they deliver the forecast.

Scilly has the highest percentage of ultra low emission vehicles of anywhere in the UK. The islands topped a list of the top 20 eco-friendly local authorities by proportion of ULEVs.

A mainland choir have returned to the islands to perform in aid of the Isles of Scilly Wildlife Trust.

Last year InTune, a "modern ladies choir" from Cornwall, raised £850 for the Trust with three performances after their leader became inspired by the charity's work.
