The Isles of Scilly Steamship Company has issued a weather advisory for tomorrow’s Skybus flights to and from the Isles of Scilly.

In the advisory, the Isles of Scilly Steamship Company stated: “The weather forecast for Friday 8th March is indicating the likelihood of strong, gusty, south-westerly winds, heavy rain and reduced visibility at Land’s End, Newquay and St Mary’s during the afternoon which may cause disruption to Skybus flights.

“Although no flights have been cancelled at this time, any passengers booked to travel with Skybus on Friday may transfer to a morning flight on the day or a flight on a different date free of charge, where space allows.“
