The Isles of Scilly Steamship Company has issued a weather advisory for Thursday 13th December’s Skybus flights to and from the Isles of Scilly.

In the advisory, the Isles of Scilly Steamship Company stated: “The weather forecast for the morning of Thursday 13th December is indicating the likelihood of very strong gusty winds, with moderate to heavy rain and reduced visibility at St Mary’s and Land’s End, which may cause disruption to Skybus flights.

“Although no flights have been cancelled at this time, any passengers booked to travel with Skybus on Thursday morning may transfer to a flight on a different date free of charge where space allows.”
