The Isles of Scilly Flower Festival is in full swing and this year's flower arrangers have put on another stunning display.

Jane Chiverton who has helped organise this year's event said: "It's absolutely fantastic and the people have worked so hard. It was just incredible, they worked virtualy all day and the arrangements are just wonderful."

There are fifteen different arrangements in the Parish Church on St Mary's and the arrangements  theme for this year is "much loved verses" based on parables, sayings and verses from the bible and each arrangement is based on one of them

The Flower Festival will also be open to the public tomorrow and on Saturday from 9:30am till 5pm. Refreshments are available from the pavilion next to the church and money is being raised to go towards renovation of the church hall on St Mary's.

Will popped along to the Parish Church on St Mary's to look at some of the fabulous displays and spoke to Jane Chiverton who has helped organise this year's Flower Festival to get her reaction to the start of the event. You can also see some of the brilliant displays below.
