The Cornish Pirates made it 3 wins in 3 with an impressive performance away from home against a talented Doncaster Knights side, in the 7th round of the Greene King IPA Championship on Sunday.

In front of the Sky cameras at Castle Park the Pirates knew they would be in for a real test, especially after Doncaster knocked many people's favourites for the Championship, Bristol Rugby of their perch in the B&I Cup last weekend - their first defeat this season.

The Pirates have faired well in the B&I Cup with back to back wins against Hartpury and Ulster A and will be looking to continue their form when they take on Hartpury again - this time in the Championship a week Sunday at the Mennaye Field in Penzance.

This week is a reserve week, therefore the Pirates will be enjoying a well-deserved rest after busy start to the season.

Will was joined on the phone by Nick George to get his reaction to an impressive performance by the Pirates - listen below.
