St Martin’s has been hit by another major telephone outage only months after our MP complained about the poor service provided by BT to the islands. Members have informally discussed elevating the Council’s status to a Transport Authority. Until now, we’ve had to partner with larger Councils, like Cornwall, to deliver transport infrastructure projects. Staff say there are pros and cons.
